With over 15 years of project management experience, Brad provides a wide range of real estate and project management services. Brad focuses on determining the specific goals for each client and project, assembling the appropriate team members for those needs, and then driving a shared strategy for successful execution. Brad began his career with the Denver Urban Renewal Authority where he was responsible for underwriting of projects seeking tax increment financing assistance. Prior to joining Task PM, Brad worked with JLL for 5+ years providing owners representation and development advisory services from tenant improvements to greenfield development.

Education: BSBA from University of Denver; Masters from University of Colorado-Denver.
How do you spend your free time? Enjoying the outdoors with my wife, 2 daughters, and our wonderful Lab. Saturday morning hikes then lunch at a local brewery.
Favorite food/drink? We love grilling at home. Tough to beat a steak and a glass of wine.
What is your go-to “get to work” song or playlist? If listening while working, the music needs to be instrumental. Jazz or classical early in the morning. “Kind of Blue” by Miles Davis is my most played album by a lot.
Favorite place you have traveled? I spent 6 months exploring the South Island of New Zealand. The highlight was camping and kayaking in Doubtful Sound.
